Job Description

C and B Consultants, RAK is in search for a qualified Architect to work in material specifications who has experience working on site in a reputed company in the UAE.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Reviewing construction plans identify list of materials.
• Prepares architectural and civil specifications for projects.
• prepare and analyze project costings for tenders, such as materials, quantities, labor and time
• Maintain material suppliers database
• Assess tender documents to ensure sufficient information available to prepare tender
• support in quantity surveying tasks, and prepare bill of quantities.

Skills

• Bachelor in architecture .
• no experience is necessary.
• understanding of construction, materials, pricing, and industry
• Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to complete tasks with accuracy and with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
• Strong analytical, oral and written communication skills with the ability to build quick rapport with all levels of employees, clients, consultants and vendors.
• Practical knowledge of general architectural practice including programming, site planning, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical engineering.
