Job Description
<p>Architect with minimum 5 years of post-graduate experience with preferably 3 years in the ME Region. The candidate to be technically competent with effective communication and IT skills.</p><p>Thorough knowledge and working experience of Autodesk Revit is must. The candidate to have experience of working in large scale architectural projects using Revit.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Core Responsibilities for the above position include:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>To work closely with Project Architect to develop the architectural concept design. </li><li>Preparation of design presentation materials at concept stages inclusive of design reports, sketch-up models, material sample boards. </li><li>Design development using Autodesk Revit in coordination with various project stake holders inclusive of client, consultants, local authorities, contractors and the suppliers.</li><li>Preparing the technical delivery and implementation of projects including preparing working drawings, specifications. </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Minimum Requirements</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li> B. Arch., M. Arch or equivalent graduate and post graduate architectural qualifications.</li><li>Good technical ability with good analytical and organizational skills.</li><li>Advanced knowledge of Revit, Auto CAD, Adobe Sketch up, Photoshop, In Design and the MS suite of programmes.</li><li>Knowledge of Navisworks, Enscape, twinmotion will be an added advantage.</li></ul><p><br></p>
