Our client a highly progressive organization based in Abu Dhabi wants to hire an Arabic-speaking Lead ITSM Engineer with solid experience in delivering results that are detailed below. If you are up to date and feel you would like to take up this challenge do send us your CV.

Job Objective:

  • Responsible for the right implementation of the ITSM/ITOM in line with the defined High-Level Design (HLD) and Lower Level Design (LLD).
  • Participate in LLD creation and also review the HLD and the LLD that is getting created.
  • Drive the deliverability assessment of the solution during the sales cycle
  • Provide technical architecture support to assist in the delivery of project artifacts to support the project delivery framework, ensuring the ITSM/ITOM solutions are designed and implemented according to the business and technical requirements
  • Lead the Discover and Due Diligence and Guides the technical implementation team on the approach and technical functions during the project deployment.
  • The core functions of the role include defining the scope of the Technical/Professional Service offering of ITSM/ITOM, developing estimation models and tools, and defining roles and resource requirements. A key part of this role is serving as a trusted advisor for customers.
  • The ITSM Technical Lead will identify and document the business requirements around service management, operations management, automation, and hybrid cloud management needs for the customer and design a comprehensive solution to meet these requirements.

Knowledge of traditional on-premise infrastructure (Data Centre, Virtualisation, Data, Backup, Storage), Network, and Security with experience in infrastructure and Application workload provisioning and migrations to Hybrid Multi-Cloud environments (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, G42 Cloud, VMware, Google Cloud).
