As we are now developing our team in Dubai, we are looking for the right candidates to form the core of our Sales Team.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>- <strong>Following up on leads provided by our lead generation system</strong> (no cold calls or cold selling!) and converting them successfully</p><p>- <strong>Developing and maintaining sales and post sales relationships</strong> with high value individuals <em>e.g. company and product presentation, proposal creation, contract negotiation</em></p><p>- <strong>Maintaining sales records and reports </strong>as required by the company in a timely and regular fashion <em>e.g. using and updating CRM, filling out reporting templates</em></p><p>- <strong>Acting as Key Contact Person to HNWI clients</strong> by helping them identify their needs and required solutions with honesty, integrity and professionalism and providing support at all times throughout their customer journey.</p><p>- <strong>Achieving or exceeding assigned revenue objectives of the company.</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>THE IDEAL CANDIDATE</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>- Strong desire to grow, as an individual and within a company.</p><p>- Believer in working harder = earning more</p><p>- Motivated, self-starting, and organized</p><p>- Outgoing and talented communicator with all levels of personnel</p><p>- Committed to strong work ethics and constantly striving to excel</p><p>- Open to working extra-long hours every day</p><p>- Willingness to travel in domestically</p><p>- Advanced computer literacy in Office Applications, CRM and order processing.</p><p><span>- Fluent in Arabic</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>APPLY TODAY</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><ul><li>So what are you waiting for?
