<p><strong>Length of Contract: 9 Months</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>PROGRAM MANAGEMENT (60%)</strong></p><ul><li>Event Support: (including but not limited)</li><li>End to end event support for Flagship events and local third-party events.</li><li>Candidate is expected to deliver end to end online virtual webinars on quarterly basis on focus Velocity plays. Manage webinar planning with the platform tool, help to create invitations and support speakers during the webinar.</li><li>Review of materials, communication plans and support for event execution including documentation of events post event.</li><li>Lead capture, upload and post event attendee follow up / campaign management to ensure KPIs are met.</li><li>Creating and maintaining events Calendar across METNA (Direct and indirect)</li><li>Candidate is responsible of managing bi-weekly reporting for main marketing KPIs, summarizing the results for the Country</li><li>Candidate also support the Leads Process for leads generated by marketing campaigns throughout their entire life cycle, from generation, thru telesales qualification and sales conversion</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>DIGITAL AND SOCIAL MARKETING CAMPAIGNS MANAGEMENT (30%) </strong></p><p>This activity implies:</p><ul><li>Support with Digital and Social media marketing campaigns</li><li>Promote the usage of internal Social Media Advocacy platform with Sales and Specialists team</li><li>Coordinate and monitor new Social Media contents from the agencies</li><li>Manage the interactions generated from Social Media channels</li><li>Check and monitor the execution of Digital Campaigns with focus on leads generated and their nurture flow thru tele-agents</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>PARTNER MARKETING SUPPORT (10%) </strong></p><ul><li>Candidate collaborates with Marketing Manager and Partner Marketing Manager to support the execution of co-marketing plans with Managed Partners (focusing on Customer Events, Telemarketing Campaigns and Digital Campaigns)</li><li>Support the Reference Program in the Channel in order to develop Partner Customer References</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Candidate Profile </strong></p><ul><li>Project management</li><li>Cross-team collaboration and positive attitude</li><li>Marketing: event management, demand generation, online and social media, ROMI</li><li>Fluent in English and Arabic. French is a value added</li><li>Dynamic, energetic, Innovation driven</li><li>Ability to execute on-time and within budget</li><li>MS Office skills (Excel, PPT, Word, Outlook)</li></ul>
