As an Appointment Setter your primary role will be to engage with potential clients through various communication channels, introduce them to our wealth management services, and schedule meetings with our wealth strategists. The role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a results-driven approach.<p><br></p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Lead Generation:</li><li>Utilize various sources to generate potential leads.</li><li>Pre-qualify potential clients to assess their interests and suitability.</li><li> Appointment Setting:</li><li>Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, or social media to set up meetings with our wealth strategists.</li><li>Coordinate with the sales team to schedule these appointments efficiently.</li><li>Follow up with potential clients to confirm appointments and provide any necessary information.</li><li> Client Engagement:</li><li>Provide preliminary information about BitGenix’s services and value proposition.</li><li>Respond to queries or concerns raised by potential clients.</li><li>Maintain positive relationships to ensure future business opportunities. </li><li> Reporting and Record-Keeping:</li><li>Keep detailed records of interactions with potential clients.</li><li>Monitor and report on appointment-setting activities and outcomes.</li><li>Provide feedback to the sales team to help optimize the sales process.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><ul><li>A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
