Job Description

Vacancy: Application Solution Architect

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Industry: Information Technology / IT

Experience: At least 3 years of experience in development of MS Dynamics CRM 365, Plus 2 years of experience with business analysis.

Education: bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field

Role

  • Support the end users on day-to-day issues and optimization of the existing solution by implementing new change requests on a planned and ad-hoc basis.
  • Provide operational support to the end users on MS dynamic CRM focusing on Work order management, Field Staff mobile application and Call Center functions.
  • Create functional design documentation for projects / changes.
  • Develop unit tests and work with Quality Control members on solving any defect.
  • Assist with various parts of testing process including perform unit testing, facilitate QA & UAT, environment setup.

Strong Knowledge Of The Following Apps/systems/tools

  • Fundamental and strong knowledge in (OOP, .NET, ASP.NET, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, SQL, web resources)
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM SDK
  • CRM customization (including entity and security model).
  • Plugins and custom processes/workflows
  • Dynamics CRM web services
  • CRM reports using Advanced Find, FetchXML, SSRS Filtered view.
