<strong>Title: </strong>App Growth Specialist<p><br></p><strong>Reporting Line: </strong>Software Development Manager / CTO<p><br></p><strong>Position Type: </strong>Full Time<p><br></p><strong>Level: </strong> Mid-Senior/Senior<p><br></p><strong>Location: </strong>Cairo Office, New Cairo/Maadi<p><br></p><strong>Job Duties:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Develop, manage and execute best in-class ASO strategies across the App Store (Apple) and Google Play Store (Android).</li><li>Creation, maintenance and optimization of all elements of app store presence which includes text, asset and keyword definition – in multiple languages.</li><li>Test, track and optimize AB tests on the app stores for increased download conversion rate and increased store page traffic, while staying on brand and relevant to each App’s USPs.</li><li>share with the marketing team and top management industry trends and insights &amp; provide accurate and insightful live and post-performance analysis to stakeholders.</li><li>Store page conversion rate, organic acquisition and store ranking</li><li>Work closely with UA on identifying, planning, executing and measuring opportunities to stimulate our organic growth in an ROI positive manner.</li><li>Have a deep knowledge of their games and the various competitors in the space, analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of the competitor products, as well as identifying potential opportunities to share with the game teams.</li><li>Manage business relationships with external partners, from on-boarding to post-integration</li><li>Consistently play games of our clients and their competitors to discover new ad revenue growth opportunities.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in any Relevant Field.</li><li>3-5 Years of experience as an App Growth Specialist (App Store Optimization).</li><li>Communication skills to be able to interact efficiently with stakeholders, marketing teammates and developers.</li><li>ASO knowledge required, preferably in the mobile games industry</li><li>A deep understanding of digital marketing, video games, and the mobile games industry, as well as an acute eye for comprehending player experience, flows.</li><li>Knowledge and understanding of the entire player lifecycle from discoverability/awareness, click, install conversion, onboarding, engagement, fidelity, monetization, loyalty, and evangelism.</li><li>Deep understanding of all core game and business KPIs, and how they impact each other, and comfortable working with analytics teams to produce detailed data-driven reports and insights.</li><li>Be comfortable collecting information and feedback from across the business, come up with or identify innovative ideas, and convert thoughts into actions in a structured manner.</li><li>You are highly organized and can focus on several projects at once.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Benefits</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>5 Working Day.</li><li>Social and Medical Insurance.</li><li>Competitive Salaries.</li><li>International Experience and Learning Opportunities.</li></ul>
