We are looking for someone with a strong artistic vision, exceptional animation skills, and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling through animation and the ability to bring concepts to life with excellence.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Collaborate with the creative team to understand project objectives, requirements, and desired animation style.</li><li>Develop storyboards, concept art, and animatics to visualize animation sequences and story flow.</li><li>Create high-quality 2D and/or 3D animations that align with project goals and brand aesthetics.</li><li>Utilize industry-standard animation software and tools to produce smooth and visually appealing animations.</li><li>Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure animations meet project timelines and specifications.</li><li>Incorporate feedback and revisions into animations while maintaining a strong creative vision.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with animation trends, techniques, and software to bring fresh ideas and innovation to our animation projects.</li><li>Collaborate with the sound design team to synchronize audio elements with animations when necessary.</li><li>Ensure the consistency and quality of animations across various platforms and devices.</li><li>Assist in optimizing animations for performance and file size without compromising visual integrity.</li></ul><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of animation projects, demonstrating exceptional skill in storytelling, character animation, and visual effects.</li><li>Proficiency in animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Autodesk Maya, or other industry-standard animation tools.</li><li>Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and motion dynamics.</li><li>Ability to bring creativity and innovative ideas to animations, pushing boundaries and challenging conventional animation norms.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality animations within established deadlines.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate and present animation concepts.</li><li>Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Knowledge of 3D modeling, rigging, and rendering is a plus.</li><li>Experience with game animation or interactive media is a plus.</li></ul><p><br></p>
