In short, you are exceptional.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities </strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Design, build, test, and deploy Android applications working throughout the entire lifecycle of the app</li><li>Deliver large scale projects by leading chapter team members working on different cross functional squads</li><li>Build API to share app data with other apps</li><li>Guide and support design system building</li><li>Build custom UI based on geometry knowledge</li><li>Resolve conflicts between different branches</li><li>Design Database schema and write high performant queries using SQL</li><li>Decide &amp; collaborate on team engineering strategy with managers &amp; teammates</li><li>Give priority to documentation: maintain, update and extend existing repositories of knowledge</li><li>Mentor, coach and support other team members to achieve team’s goals</li><li>Identify signs of debt, measure the time needed to reduce it, and create a plan</li><li>Optimize app performance and work on bug fixing and share knowledge with the team</li><li>Communicate scaling/reliability limits and lead plans to improve them</li><li>Critically analyze team processes and regularly discuss improvements with leads &amp; managers.&nbsp;</li><li>Understand, adapt, and act quickly on requirements changes</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Requirements/Qualifications</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>High level of problem solving and decision-making skills</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering</li><li>Excellent debugging skills and knowledge of debugging coroutines</li><li>Practical experience with Onion, Clean and Hexagonal Architecture</li><li>Deep Knowledge for difference between trunk-based development and git-flow</li><li>Expert in building unit tests</li><li>Good knowledge of stored SQL procedures, triggers, and views</li><li>Experience with the alpha preview/CTP/beta and read some articles/manuals.</li><li>Strong experience building and working with RESTful APIs.</li><li>Understanding of accessibility and security compliance</li><li>Solid architectural &amp; design pattern experience</li><li>High level of communication skills dealing with different types of stakeholders</li><li>Flexible and can research and quickly adapt to new technologies</li><li>Ability to work under stress and tight deadlines is a must</li><li>Ability to jump in legacy code and understand it quickly</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
