<strong>What This Job Involves</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Assist the consulting team on client assignments, key tasks include market research, financial analysis, report writing, presentation, participation in internal and external meetings</li><li>The focus will be on UAE and KSA based work, and some assignments may require travel within the region i.e. Middle East & North Africa subject to travel advisory warnings as per JLL EMEA Policy</li><li>Preparation of client pitches, presentations and proposals</li><li>Contribute to the successful execution of other business development and marketing initiatives as needed</li><li>Produce clear, succinct write-ups on the Dubai market to be included within corporate research reports and consultancy assignments</li><li>Report to the Head of Consulting as well as to the respective assignment leads on an ongoing basis. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Desired Skills And Experience For This Job</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Previous technical background in market research / real estate / financial analysis etc. </li><li>3-5 years’ experience preferred</li><li>Strong analytical background with attention to detail</li><li>Good report writing skills in MS Word</li><li>Ability to prepare succinct Power Point presentations</li><li>Excellent understanding of MS Excel and financial modelling</li><li>Corporate written communication</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English</li><li>Relevant Master’s degree in finance / economics / business / real estate preferred.</li></ul>
