We have an opportunity for an Airfield Ground Lighting Manager to join our Honeywell Building Technologies team in Jeddah, KSA.

Airfield Ground Lighting Manager Responsibilities

  • Overall ownership of the service contract Responsibilities
  • Ensure maintenance of AGL as per Regulatory requirements
  • Lead the service operations for airfield ground lighting systems
  • Provide technical support to onsite service resources & facilitate operations and maintenance assistance
  • Attend customer meetings, reverting on client communication & work closely with the service team to implement service procedures.
  • Weekly Meeting with AGL maintenance team members for improvements/areas to improve upon and analysis on utilization of team members.
  • Preparation of QC Documents (PM Schedule, PM Tracker, and Project IR’s) for site services for maintaining the standards of the site as per ICAO.
  • Imparting quarterly training to Shift Engineers on systems installed at site
  • HSE Implementation at site ensuring proper documentation
  • Ensuring the management for Proper Records both onsite and offsite
  • Inventory Control/Check for the airport
  • Ensure that the staff performs the monthly HSE trainings.
  • Ensure for a Quarterly Risk Register review meeting with the client AGL representatives, HSE manager and Staff employees

Qualifications

  • Mandatory 12 years’ experience
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Ability to support the design and delivery of technical service/repair training programs for HBS field personnel
  • Ability to follow business processes and tasks
  • Ability to handle problems through to completion
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)
  • Excellent problem solver and ability to understand impacts of actions
