Air Cooled Chiller Maintenance Technician
Job Description
<p>JOB DESCRIPTION</p><p>• Perform periodic preventive maintenance and repair on Air cooled Chiller units.</p><p>• Perform periodic preventive maintenance and repair on chiller control systems.</p><p>• Perform periodic preventive maintenance and repair on HVAC units.</p><p>• Document all equipment installations: make, model, serial number, necessary test measurements, </p><p>• Routine inspection and repair of HVAC units</p><p>• Routine inspection and repair of Chillers.</p><p>• Monitor the performance and adjust Chiller equipment to obtain maximum efficiency.</p><p>• Ensure that all operation and maintenance activities are properly recorded and documented.</p><p>• Response to emergency and breakdowns.</p><p>• Ensure all portable equipment are in correct order and use safely.</p><p>• Advises Team Leaders and Supervisors concerning major repairs / changes required.</p><p>• Check regularly electrical and mechanical safety and operation components of the chiller units.</p><p>• Coordinate for Conduct setting adjustment and calibration of controllers and sensors.</p><p>• Perform installation and commissioning of split and package type air conditioning units.</p><p>• Participate in Emergency Evacuation procedures.</p><p>• Abide by safety and environmental rules and policies</p><p>• Report any accident, incident or near misses incident</p><p>• Propose improvement of efficiency or safety operation</p><p>• Assist supervisors, Engineers, sub contractors on maintenance, inspection and trouble shooting tasks.</p>
