<p>We are seeking a motivated individual to fill our Sales Manager position. This person is responsible for managing all administrative and communication tasks related to sales. This individual works closely with the farm owner in the office and attends weekly staff meetings and participates in both big picture strategizing and daily operational decisions.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Main Role &amp; Responsibilities: </u></strong></p><ul><li>Deep working knowledge of local agricultural crops and market practices</li><li>Provides clear direction and can motivate individuals and teams.</li><li>Skilled at managing multiple projects.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and project planning</li><li>Establish and attain annual sales goals of assigned business or products.</li><li>Establish, build, and maintain relationships with key industry and strategic community partners.</li><li>Understand what margins are needed to achieve budget, take corrective action when needed to ensure marketing objectives support the achievement of designated budgets.</li><li>Ongoing communication with Management &amp; Sales staff to monitor competitive products and marketing activities.</li><li>Motivate dealers and distributors to promote a portfolio of products and services.</li><li>Educate growers, dealers &amp; distributors on new products.</li><li>Conduct direct farm visits to growers in order to promote and sell a portfolio of products.</li><li>Conduct direct visits to dealers and distributors to assist in selling a portfolio of products.</li><li>Sell and service equipment related to the application of fertilizer products.</li><li>Install and help to install equipment related to the application of fertilizer products.</li><li>Sell storage tanks as related to the storage of fertilizer products.</li><li>Deliver fertilizer, parts &amp; equipment, and storage tanks to dealers and farmers as required.</li><li>Conduct grower meetings to promote the use of products.</li><li>Attend farm shows to promote the use of products and services.</li><li>Locate and develop test plot locations as it relates to the research &amp; development program.</li><li>Manage and collect accounts receivable as required to keep receivables current.</li><li>Perform any other duties as may be required from time to time.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Skills &amp; Qualifications: </u></strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of seven years of experience in the agriculture business in KSA with demonstrated track record in sales. </li><li>Bachelor’s degree or higher in Agriculture or Business-related field is preferred.</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Excellent presentation skills</li><li>Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office (Excel &amp; PowerPoint).</li></ul><p></p>
