Job Description

Salla, a leading provider of information technology and services, is currently seeking a talented Agile Lead to join our team. As the Agile Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of projects using Agile methodology. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure agile practices are well applied. A successful candidate will have experience leading Agile teams and a deep understanding of Agile methodology.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Work with the product managers to prioritize the backlog.
  • Work with engineering managers to ensure that work items are delivered in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Work with the Agile Coach on Agile best practices, processes, and tools.
  • Track and report on Scrum Health progress, including sprint and release metrics.
  • Continuously improve the Agile process and implement feedback from team members and stakeholders.
