<p><strong>Job description</strong></p><p>- Conduct travel-related research such as travel modes, prices, customs, weather conditions and passenger experiences.</p><p>- Work to achieve sales targets, improve revenue, and collect costs and payments.</p><p>- Determining the customer’s specifications and desires and proposing suitable travel packages and services.</p><p>- Diagnose customer specifications and desires and suggest suitable travel offers or services</p><p>- Provide travelers with necessary information and travel materials such as guides, maps and event programmes.&nbsp;</p><p>- Use promotional tactics and prepare promotional materials to sell packages and trips.</p><p>- Dealing with problems and complaints and providing appropriate solutions.</p><p>- Create and update electronic records of customers.</p><p>- Maintaining good relations with clients and persons of interest.</p><p>- Maintain customer data and financial documents.</p><p>- Providing necessary information for travelers such as (guidelines, local customs, maps, regulations and laws, events).</p><p>- Handle customer complaints and issues and manage refunds.</p><p>- Communicate with tour operators.</p><p>- and switch pictures.</p><p>- Pursuing goals and making profits.</p>
