    • Ensure SAFETY at all times.

    • Compliance with the company procedures.
    • Effective interaction with the logistics and execute Logistics tasks within schedule and operations execution Plan.
    • Ensure correct workflow sequence, throughout the project and work is executed in accordance with the agreed schedule.
    • Maintain system for the recording and reporting of work and material and equipment movements are adhered to.
    • Support of respective JIGPC Project Site Logistics related activities.
    • Liaise with the DTV- DSC Rotoflow based project teams, material handler, order manger and ensure smooth flow of information provided.
    • Coordinate collections from site / JIGPC in accordance with schedule and ensure timely collection from customer premises in accordance to agreements and requirements.
    • Maintain and update Master List with all data and information (equipment type, model, date of collection, shipment dates, etc.).
    • Ensure that the complete correct list of equipment and materials is provided for delivery planning purposes including all dimensions and weights.
    • Advance preparation for project documentations, drawings, by coordinating with JIGPC contact.
    • Attend working group meetings physical at site, online with DTV.
    • Promote and maintain strong Teamwork and Respect with/for all parties.
    • Review ad update daily/weekly reporting and make sure to raise flags for any discrepancies and keep Order manager updated.
    • Coordinate project and activities in support of project/order manager.
    • Support project manager in generating and maintaining project management deliverables mandated.
    • Support project manager in maintaining strong project management administration discipline in Projects and across all project functions.
    • Ensure and manage effective communication within the site delivery organization, Operations and with Customers, Vendors, Authorities whenever required.
    • Support project handover documentation and project closeout, etc.
    • Good site execution experience servicing the Oil & Gas, Chemicals, or Petrochemicals industries, track record of supporting site mechanical activities with successful delivery.
    • A work ethic featuring determination, adaptability and resilience.
    • Ability to understand & adapt communication styles to different cultures associated with multi-region project execution and multi-cultural teams
