<strong>Job Description And Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Aftermarket Site Projects Coordinator</li><li> Job Description Summary<br><br></li></ul><strong>Job Description Summary</strong><ul><li> Ensure SAFETY at all times. </li><li> Ensure that HSE and QA procedures are adhered. </li><li> Compliance with the company procedures. </li><li> Effective interaction with the logistics and execute Logistics tasks within schedule and operations execution Plan. </li><li> Ensure correct workflow sequence, throughout the project and work is executed in accordance with the agreed schedule. </li><li> Maintain system for the recording and reporting of work and material and equipment movements are adhered to. </li><li> Support of respective JIGPC Project Site Logistics related activities. </li><li> Liaise with the DTV- DSC Rotoflow based project teams, material handler, order manger and ensure smooth flow of information provided. </li><li> Coordinate collections from site / JIGPC in accordance with schedule and ensure timely collection from customer premises in accordance to agreements and requirements. </li><li> Maintain and update Master List with all data and information (equipment type, model, date of collection, shipment dates, etc.). </li><li> Ensure that the complete correct list of equipment and materials is provided for delivery planning purposes including all dimensions and weights. </li><li> Advance preparation for project documentations, drawings, by coordinating with JIGPC contact. </li><li> Attend working group meetings physical at site, online with DTV. </li><li> Promote and maintain strong Teamwork and Respect with/for all parties. </li><li> Review ad update daily/weekly reporting and make sure to raise flags for any discrepancies and keep Order manager updated. </li><li></li><li>Coordinate project and activities in support of project/order manager. </li><li>Support project manager in generating and maintaining project management deliverables mandated. </li><li>Support project manager in maintaining strong project management administration discipline in Projects and across all project functions. </li><li>Ensure and manage effective communication within the site delivery organization, Operations and with Customers, Vendors, Authorities whenever required. </li><li>Support project handover documentation and project closeout, etc. </li><li>Good site execution experience servicing the Oil &amp; Gas, Chemicals, or Petrochemicals industries, track record of supporting site mechanical activities with successful delivery. </li><li>A work ethic featuring determination, adaptability and resilience. </li><li>Ability to understand &amp; adapt communication styles to different cultures associated with multi-region project execution and multi-cultural teams</li></ul>JD ATTACHED<br><br><strong>Req No.<br><br></strong>44374BR<br><br><strong>Employment Status<br><br></strong>Full Time<br><br><strong>Organization<br><br></strong>Global Engrg Mfg Technology &amp; Equipment<br><br><strong>Business Sector / Division<br><br></strong>Gardner Rotoflow and Standard Products<br><br><strong>Region<br><br></strong>Middle East, Egypt, Turkey (MEET)<br><br><strong>Country<br><br></strong>Saudi Arabia
