<p><strong>Job description</strong></p><p><strong>Role: – Affiliate Marketing Manager (Web & Mobile)</strong></p><p><strong>Department: – Affiliate Marketing & Publisher Development </strong></p><p><strong>Work Ex Required: – 3-5 Years +</strong></p><p><strong>Work Mode: – Remote Location</strong></p><p><strong>Work Location: – Egypt</strong></p><p><strong>Salary: – This will attract a handsome fixed salary + Incentive + Bonus</strong></p><p><br></p><p><span>An Individual to work as a one-person army with the skillset of a good listener, quick learner, analytical, logical, calculative, great negotiator but not an arguer, cool minded, and soft-spoken with aggression in work and action.</span></p><p><span>Campaign management, Campaign’s operation, Campaign Delivery & Execution.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:-</p><p> </p><ul><li><span>Must have knowledge about affiliate marketing and its various modes of campaign delivery such as CPM, CPC/CPV, CPL, CPA, CPS, CPT, CPI, CPR, CPE</span></li><li><span>Must be able to do media planning and buying according to the requirements of the campaigns.</span></li><li><span>Implementation strategy for affiliate programs, including acquisition & retention tactics of publishers/campaign delivery partners.</span></li><li><span>Recruit new Affiliates, Partners, & Strategic partners.</span></li><li><span>Monitor affiliate activity, analyse performance, identify areas of improvement, & recommend ways to increase affiliate generated revenues & Manage ROI</span></li><li><span>Executes affiliate promotions & monitor success.</span></li><li><span>Build relationships with affiliates & partners for more business, better placements & visibility.</span></li><li><span>Proactively respond to & resolves affiliate inquiries, tracking issue & concerns</span></li><li><span>Must have knowledge about tracking platforms such as Cake, Hasoffers, Trackier, Affise, and others with the usage of the same.</span></li><li><span>Must have an understanding of integrations with platforms such as Branch, Appsflyer, Adjust & others.</span></li><li><span>Should have good knowledge of the campaign setup process which includes activities such as S2S integration, GAID, IDFA, Macros, and other such day-to-day requirements to monitor it overall.</span></li><li><span>Must have learnings and knowledge of all sorts of frauds (Like P360, Mfilterit and others) that happen in campaign delivery and optimize the campaign as per client’s requirement.</span></li><li><strong>Must have knowledge about Coupon/Deal/Cashback function, Mobile Apps, SDKs, SEO, Influencer, DSP Platforms, Native and Programmatic Platforms in campaign delivery.</strong></li></ul><p> </p><p><span>Who We Think Will Be a Great Fit</span></p><ul><li><span> 3-5 years of experience in large scale web & mobile ads publishing and operations for lead generation, sale and install campaigns.</span></li><li><span> Leadership experience with an entrepreneurial spirit in building and a growing team from the scratch.</span></li><li><span>Very strong knowledge of the mobile ecosystem. Experienced in navigating mobile platforms (Apple, Google) throughout the entire lifecycle – from planning and buying for the campaign and meet client’s KPIs.</span></li><li><span>Understanding of mobile KPIs, especially as they relate to forecasts, P&Ls, and deal evaluation</span></li><li><span>Demonstrated ability to influence all levels of management, cross-functionally and externally</span></li><li><span>Excellent written and oral communications</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p>This is an urgent role and needs a person to join in the system as soon as possible.
