You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and data analysts, to ensure the success of our clients’ campaigns. This role requires a deep understanding of digital advertising trends, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering measurable results.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive advertising strategies that align with client objectives and target audience.</li><li>Manage advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), search engines (Google Ads), and display networks.</li><li>Conduct thorough audience research and utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign targeting, messaging, and creative elements.</li><li>Monitor campaign performance, identify key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports and analysis to clients.</li><li>Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling and engaging ad copy, visual assets, and landing pages.</li><li>Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for advertising-related inquiries and updates.</li><li>Foster community engagement through active management of social media channels, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.</li><li>Develop and implement community management strategies to enhance brand reputation, customer satisfaction, and overall community growth.</li><li>Conduct competitor analysis and stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify new opportunities and best practices for advertising and community management.</li><li>Stay informed about the latest performance marketing techniques and tools, applying them to drive conversions, ROI, and other campaign objectives.</li><li>Collaborate with data analysts to analyze campaign data, identify areas of improvement, and provide recommendations for optimization.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Requirements:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience as an Advertising Specialist, Community Manager, or a similar role.</li><li>Solid understanding of digital advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.</li><li>Proficiency in performance marketing techniques, such as conversion tracking, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.</li><li>Strong knowledge of social media platforms and community management best practices.</li><li>Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.</li><li>Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative advertising concepts and strategies.</li><li>Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.</li><li>Experience in the advertising industry in Dubai or the Middle East region is preferred.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>If you are a motivated and results-oriented professional with a passion for advertising, community management, and performance marketing, we would love to hear from you.
