The Advertising / Media Manager is analytical and uses problem-solving capabilities to assure flawless program execution to meet and exceed stated objectives.</span></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><span>Create &amp; monitor campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok &amp; Twitter — from strategy &amp; budgeting to optimization &amp; measuring ROAS&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Constantly look for new audience segments to test</span></li><li><span>Monitor sales results and make adjustments to the campaigns as needed to meet KPIs</span></li><li><span>Keep track on campaign performance for each event and report on it on a weekly &amp; monthly basis</span></li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><span>4+ years proven track record with hands-on management on ad accounts (both agency &amp; in-house)</span></li><li><span>Success stories &amp; case studies to share</span></li><li><span>Profound knowledge of the local market</span></li><li><span>Experience directly managing daily budgets of 3, 000 AED minimum</span></li><li><span>Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills</span></li><li><span>Self-sufficiency and great attention to details</span></li><li><span>Experience in promoting concerts or shows will be an advantage</span></li><li><span>Education in general marketing will be an advantage</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p>&nbsp;Please send your Portfolio &amp; CV to hr@toda.ae with the subject of the position you are applying for.</p><p><br></p>
