Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Advertising Manager to join Breadfast. As the Advertising Manager, you will be responsible for landing advertisers on the Breadfast app and offline touchpoints. Your primary focus will be on attracting new advertisers to promote their products and services on our platform, excluding suppliers already in partnership with our Commercial team. This is a managerial position, and you will lead a team to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. This position will report to the company’s President.
Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to attract new advertisers to the app and offline touch points, excluding suppliers already in partnership with our Commercial team.
  2. Identify and target potential advertisers by conducting market research, and industry trends to understand their advertising needs.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with potential advertisers, negotiating advertising packages that align with their marketing objectives and budget.
  4. Lead a team of advertising professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure their personal and professional growth.
  5. Collaborate with the Marketing and Design teams to develop effective advertising campaigns that deliver measurable results for advertisers.
  6. Monitor and analyze advertising campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to advertisers, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, emerging technologies, and advertising trends to identify new opportunities for the business.
  8. Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, to ensure seamless collaboration and maximize revenue potential.
  9. Stay on top of changes in advertising regulations and compliance guidelines, ensuring all advertising activities are in line with legal requirements.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in advertising sales or account management, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial position. 
  2. Strong knowledge of the advertising industry, including digital advertising channels and platforms. 
  3. Excellent negotiation and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with potential advertisers. 
  4. Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. 
  5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into meaningful insights for advertisers. 
  6. Proficient in using advertising management tools and platforms. 
  7. Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  8. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  9. Knowledge of the grocery industry or related sectors is a plus.
