<p>Job Duties:</p><ul><li>• Develop the Ad Monetization strategy portfolio of Apps and be responsible for its execution. • Influence other Cross-Functional leaders regarding Ad Monetization, reinforcing its positive impact on the business. • Lead a team of Ad Monetization specialists. • Develop and maintain high-level relationships with our top partners (Admob, Facebook, Unity, etc.) • Monitor and optimize Ad Revenue streams across our portfolio • Maintaining and building relationships with advertising partners. Including negotiating deals to optimize revenue and resolving technical issues • Team up with internal stakeholders to provide recommendations and optimizations on ad placement and new ad format adoptions • Work across departments including User Acquisition and Product to maximize performance • Define KPIs and report them to key stakeholders • Navigate various advertising tools and dashboards to ensure proper delivery of ads and block broken, offensive or unwanted ads. Anticipate and identify problems and troubleshoot issues • Analyze the market and keep informed of best practices, new trends and potential partnerships • Help us to build a cross-promotion network</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Job Requirements:</p><p>• Bachelor’s Degree in any Relevant Field.</p><p>• 2-3+ years of experience in managing and optimizing mobile ad monetization</p><p>• Hands on experience with main mediation platforms (Ironsource, Mopub and Admob) and/or major ad networks (such as Admob, AppLovin, HyperMx, Facebook Audience Network…)</p><p>• Able to compile and analyze performance data and metrics</p><p>• Proactive attitude, attention to detail, proven solver and result oriented</p><p>• Proven account management and negotiation skills</p><p>• Great organizational and communication skills (written, verbal, presentational)</p><p>• User acquisition and/or online marketing experience (nice to have, but not a must)</p>
