We offer unique, personalized trips that provide a family-like environment, local expertise, and a diverse crowd. We’re looking for an Adventure Leader to join our team and lead our trips in Salalah, Oman.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>Job Summary: </span></p><p><br></p><p><span>As an Adventure Leader, you’ll lead our trips in accordance with our company’s vision, philosophy, and policies to provide amazing vibes to our clients. You’ll travel with us on weekends and holidays, and have the opportunity to participate in a variety of outdoor activities, including hiking, camping, kayaking, canyoning, off-roading, snorkeling, boat trips, and cultural adventures. You’ll also have the chance to meet amazing people from all over the world.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>Responsibilities and Duties:</span></p><ul><li>Lead groups on adventurous trips in Salalah, Oman</li><li>Assess client satisfaction and ensure that all our wanderers are happy</li><li>Accommodate people in your own 4×4 car during the trip</li><li>Socialize and create nice vibes for clients on all trips</li><li>Communicate the activities to the participants throughout</li></ul><p><br></p><p><span>Requirements:</span></p><ul><li>Perfect English (verbal and written) is essential</li><li>Passionate about traveling, camping, hiking, and outdoor activities</li><li>Available on weekends and holidays (planning for the trips happen in advance to ensure which days will be needed)</li><li>Excellent communication skills: ability to communicate to a group of 16 people and provide fun vibes for the participants</li><li>Problem-solving skills: be able to reach and solve promptly any problems that can arise during the trip</li><li>Knowledgeable about Salalah’s hidden natural gems, culture, and history</li><li>Owns a 4×4 vehicle that can go off-roading in deserts and mountains</li><li>Doesn’t mind driving long distances</li><li>Soft skills: professional use of Microsoft Office and meeting platforms (i.e. Zoom)</li><li>Valid Omani residence&nbsp;, driving license&nbsp;and passport</li><li>Spoken Arabic language is a plus</li><li>Photography skills are a plus</li></ul><p><br></p><p><span>Benefits:</span></p><ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Become a member of our exciting startup and our family of adventure and travel enthusiasts</li></ul><p><br></p><p><span>To apply, please submit your cover letter, resume, and a track sheet or portfolio of previous projects.
