Contract type<p><br></p>Permanent<p><br></p>Full time / part time<p><br></p>Full time<p><br></p>Department<p><br></p>Finance<p><br></p>Location<p><br></p>Riyadh, Saudi Arabia<p><br></p>Role / Team Overview<p><br></p><strong> The Role </strong><p><br></p>The Administrator/Document controller is responsible for providing administrative support to the onsite Savills team, whilst managing and maintaining the organisation of both electronic and physical documents.<p><br></p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Perform general office tasks, such as data entry and filing </li><li> Scheduling appointments and managing calendars </li><li> Responding to emails and phone calls </li><li> Preparing and formatting documents, such as reports and presentations </li><li> Managing databases and maintaining records </li><li> Coordinating meetings and events </li><li> Processing invoices and expenses </li><li> Assisting with budget preparation and monitoring </li><li> Maintaining office supplies and equipment </li><li> Providing customer service and support to internal and external clients. </li><li> Developing and implementing document control processes </li><li> Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all documents </li><li> Managing the distribution and storage of document copies </li><li> Ensuring that document versions are controlled and stored </li><li> Conducting document audits and reconciliation </li><li> Providing support to project teams with document-related queries </li><li> Monitoring and reporting on document status and progress </li><li> Ensuring that all documents are in compliance with organizational policies </li><li> Coordinating document approval processes </li><li> Providing training and guidance on document control procedures </li><li> Organize archiving of documents. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Skills, Knowledge And Experience</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Experienced in administration and or document control </li><li> Experience in processing and coding invoices and Purchase Orders </li><li> Interest in sustainability and ESG initiatives, as well as driving change and impact across residential assets </li><li> Excellent communication and relationship builder </li><li> Experienced in working alone and as a part of an integral team to deliver the Vision and Values of Savills </li><li> Professional, measured approach with strong work ethic. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Skills, Knowledge And Experience</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Experienced in administration and or document control </li><li> Experience in processing and coding invoices and Purchase Orders </li><li> Interest in sustainability and ESG initiatives, as well as driving change and impact across residential assets </li><li> Excellent communication and relationship builder </li><li> Experienced in working alone and as a part of an integral team to deliver the Vision and Values of Savills </li><li> Professional, measured approach with strong work ethic.</li></ul>
