Job Description
<p>Administrator will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support, including the management of day-to-day operations, administrative tasks, and special projects. They will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office and supporting the executive team.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations, including office administration, records management, and correspondence.</li><li>Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and preparing materials.</li><li>Manage and coordinate special projects, including research, analysis, and report preparation.</li><li>Prepare and manage contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to real estate transactions.</li><li>Manage and coordinate real estate transactions, including the purchase, sale, and leasing of properties.</li><li>Liaise with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and effective communication and resolution of issues.</li><li>Prepare and manage budgets and financial reports, including tracking expenses and managing invoices and payments.</li><li>Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including real estate laws and regulations.</li><li>Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.</li><li>Supervise and mentor administrative staff, and provide guidance and support as needed.</li></ul><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field.</li><li>At least 2 years of experience in administrative support, with a focus on real estate.</li><li>Strong knowledge of real estate laws and regulations, and experience ensuring compliance.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.</li><li>Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.</li><li>Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop solutions.</li><li>Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate information systems.</li></ul><li><br></li>
