Overview / Responsibilities
Wood is currently looking for Administrator to work on the engineering and project management services in Al – Khobar office.
– Performs full clerical, administrative and general office duties involving transcription, typing, record and
file maintenance, data entry and telephone reception.
– Requires an understanding of the content of the manager\’s job and method of operation as well as
knowledge of departmental operations and procedures.
– Organizes and maintains files of manager\’s correspondence, records etc. and follows up pending
matters
– Acts as receptionist for the manager, screening correspondence and telephone calls
– Schedules appointments and coordinates arrangements for meetings
– Prints, organises and prepares information for meetings
– Arranging travel/accommodation/car hire
Prepares routine letters and memoranda for manager\’s review
– Organizes and expedites flow of work through office and initiates follow up action
– Support in collecting information and data for reporting
– Populates templates and creates documents
– General office housekeeping activities as required
