<p>πŸ’Ό Role and Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Manage daily office operations, including handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence.</li><li>Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives and team members.</li><li>Maintain office supplies and equipment, and ensure a well-organized work environment.</li><li>Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.</li><li>Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing, expense tracking, and record keeping.</li><li>Support HR functions, including onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and coordinating training sessions.</li><li>Collaborate with team members on various projects, providing administrative assistance as required.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>πŸ”‘ Requirements:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Proven experience as an office secretary, administrative assistant, or similar role.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.</li><li>Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general computer literacy.</li><li>Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with a diverse team.</li><li>Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>πŸŽ“ Education and Experience:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>bachelor degree,Additional certification or coursework in office administration is a plus.</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an office secretary or administrative role.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>🌍 Location:</p><p>This position is based at our headquarters in Riyadh, KSA.</p>
