Job Description
<p>We are currently in requirement of An Administrator who can handle the following:</p><p> </p><p>· Overall in-charge of Human Resources / Administrative</p><p>· Performs recruitment and job posting.</p><p>· Carry out implementation of Company Policy and Regulations</p><p>· Ensures organized and safekeeping of all confidential documents and computer-based information related to the company.</p><p>· In-charge of Finance roles and responsibility</p><p>· Prepares Payroll, Pay Slip, Invoice(s) and Receipt(s).</p><p>· Monitors payment, bank transactions and outstanding – Manages Petty Cash and other related company expenses.</p><p>· Supervise the maintenance of office areas, equipment, and facilities.</p><p>· Interact with IT, phone and building personnel as needed.</p>
