As an Administrative Officer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing various administrative functions, with a particular emphasis on procurement and document control. Your expertise in these areas will contribute to the smooth and efficient operations of our organization. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals with a passion for providing top-notch support and driving organizational excellence.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</p><p>Procurement Management:</p><ul><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to identify procurement needs and develop effective procurement strategies.</li><li>Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.</li><li>Manage purchase orders, contracts, and pricing agreements.</li><li>Monitor and track procurement activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and budgetary constraints.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Document Control:</p><ul><li>Establish and maintain efficient document control systems for electronic and physical records.</li><li>Ensure accuracy, completeness, and security of company documents.</li><li>Implement document control procedures and guidelines.</li><li>Retrieve and compile data for reports and analysis.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Office Management and Administrative Support:</p><ul><li>Maintain an organized and efficient office environment.</li><li>Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.</li><li>Provide administrative support to senior management and staff members.</li><li>Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.</li><li>Prepare internal communications, memos, and reports.</li><li>Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>HR and Accounting Support:</p><ul><li>Assist with HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.</li><li>Support basic accounting tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and expense tracking.</li><li>Assist with budget monitoring and financial reporting.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong>:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in administrative roles, with a focus on procurement and/or document control.</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Proficiency in office software and applications.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.</li><li>Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Join our team and contribute to the smooth and efficient functioning of our organization.
