If you are an ambitious sales professional with a passion for real estate and are looking for a company that fits your needs, now is your chance to become part of a success Story and part of a great family.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What we are looking for:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>A minimum of 1 year Administration experience in Real Estate is mandatory.</li><li>Experience in offering expert customer service.</li><li>Ability to work independently and use initiative.</li><li>Strong communication skills, both written and spoken – English is a must.</li><li>Must be presentable, have a professional attitude and like to work as part of a team.</li><li>Expert in MS Office suite applications</li><li>Excellent marketing research skills</li><li>Managing multiple tasks</li><li>General office and operational support</li><li>RERA rules and regulations (Knowledge of Trakheesi system)</li><li>Knowledgeable of all real estate related Contract (Forms A, B, F and I, etc.)</li><li>Office administration</li><li>Familiar with CRM Systems</li><li>Working within strict deadlines</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Your responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Act as the point of contact between managers and internal/external clients</li><li>Screen and direct phone calls/Emails and distribute correspondence.</li><li>Handle requests and queries</li><li>Reports, presentations and briefs</li><li>Maintain office filing system</li><li>Handling CRM and monitoring other Property advertisement portals.</li><li>Submit required documents for each property to issue Trakheesi Permit</li><li>Monitoring inventory for sales, rentals, and renewals.</li><li>Create and maintain spread sheets in Excel and report to the Sales & Leasing Director.</li><li>Compose, edit and draft letters, addendum, and property-related contracts.</li><li>Calling Landlords, checking availability, arranging viewings</li><li>Answering Inquiries, assisting clients</li><li>Compile, organise and accurately finalise documents for office records.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What EVA Real Estate provides:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Β· Basic Salary depends on experience </p><p>Β· Access to user-friendly CRM software </p><p>Β· Company visa and medical insurance, Laptop </p><p>Β· Amazing corporate culture, we promote a positive working environment. </p><p><br></p><p>P.S only applicants with Real Estate Brokerage experience will be considered.</p><p><br></p><p>If you think you have what we are looking for, please apply so we can invite you to our office and discuss more details. </p><p><br></p><p>In Eva Real Estate, we call it home.</p>
