Job Description

• Creation and maintenance of necessary regulations, documents, registrations, updates, non-financial reporting forms in accordance with local rules and regulations

• Organization of interaction with government agencies and the administration of the free zone on operational and legal issues

• Organization of employment processes and implementation of migration procedures

• Ensuring the availability and compliance with the company’s regulations and procedures

• Attracting service providers

• Conclusion, monitoring, timely updating, maintenance of the register of contracts necessary for the company’s operational activities

• Optimization of operational processes and contacts

• Preparation of documents, forms, presentations required for government agencies, financial institutions, business expansion

• Planning and control of administrative activities

Skills

• Similar job experience for more than 3 years

• Good communication skills

• Proven successfull experiece working with employment processes and implementation of migration procedures

• Customer service approach

• Computer literacy and attention to details
