Position – Administrative Assistant/Personal Assistant<p><br></p>Location – Dubai<p><br></p>This role demands supporting CEO and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.<p><br></p><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong><p><br></p>Experience: 5 years plus.<p><br></p>Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.<p><br></p>Fluency in Arabic and English is a must, with additional languages considered an advantage.<p><br></p><strong><u>Skills</u></strong><p><br></p>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.<p><br></p>Outstanding multitasking abilities.<p><br></p>Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.<p><br></p><strong><u>Duties & Responsibilities</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Plan and organize meetings, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.</li><li>Prepare agendas for meetings, briefings, and presentations.</li><li>Create presentations as required, showcasing information in a clear and professional manner.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Accompany The CEO When Required To Meetings.</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action items as needed.</li><li>Efficiently handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing and managing time effectively.</li><li>Review internal reports and all contracts before management signing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.</li><li>Organize office operations and establish efficient procedures.</li><li>Generate business plans and draft business letters, maintaining effective communication with partners and clients.</li></ul><p><br></p>Interested candidates who meet the above criteria may apply with your updated CV.
