Our client is a leading Saudi Arabian conglomerate – with an interest in shopping malls, fashion retail, restaurants, entertainment centers, cinemas, hotels, and renewable energy.<p><br></p>Responsibilities:<p><br></p><ul><li>Provide administrative support in a manner consistent with the highest level of performance and professionalism</li><li>Maintain and update calendars in a fast-paced environment with many competing priorities including fielding all incoming scheduling requests, prioritizing the most urgent and sensitive matters and meetings, communicating with all parties, and ensuring that meetings are set up for success</li><li>Organize meetings including scheduling, coordinating with remote participants, material preparation, recording meetings, providing post-meeting materials and distribution to attendees</li><li>Meet frequently with leaders and the team for proactive meeting support including preparations before critical meetings</li><li>Coordinate travel arrangements and provide organized resources (itineraries, agendas, meeting materials, etc.) for upcoming leader travel and meetings</li><li>Use various software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio to prepare presentations, reports, agendas, and other, communications</li><li>Work effectively as an integral member of a team of administrative professionals</li><li>Assist with requests for hardware, software applications, and supplies within department standards and company procedures to meet business priorities</li><li>Staff Supervision and Scheduling</li><li>Human resource functions such as tracking and completing visa application and status<br></li></ul><p><br></p>Qualifications:<p><br></p><ul><li>7+ years experience in a similar role</li><li>Ability to maintain the integrity of sensitive/confidential information</li><li>Advanced experience in Outlook for complex calendar management, and scheduling meetings, as well as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel software</li><li>Experience working in a fast-paced, matrix organization</li><li>Experience managing multiple priorities with ever-changing business needs while effectively prioritizing to meet deadlines and maintain a high quality of work</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail<br></li></ul>
