<p><strong>Job Title: Administration Assistant</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Overview:</strong></p><p>We are seeking an Administration Assistant who will provide efficient and effective administrative support to our company’s operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The Administration Assistant will have experience in office administration, data entry, and customer service.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>• Receive phone calls, emails, and correspondence and respond to routine inquiries in a timely and professional manner</p><p>• Handle office duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents</p><p>• Provide administrative support to the management team and other departments as required</p><p>• Schedule appointments and meeting rooms, and make travel arrangements as necessary</p><p>• Maintain up-to-date records of office inventory, supplies, and equipment</p><p>• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable, such as reconciling invoices and processing payments</p><p>• Manage calendars and coordinate schedules to ensure smooth task flow</p><p>• Maintain and update databases and spreadsheets with client and supplier information</p><p>• Compile reports and presentations using Microsoft Office suite</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p>• High school diploma, or equivalent</p><p>• Prior experience in an office administration role</p><p>• Highly organized with excellent time management skills</p><p>• Strong verbal and written communication skills</p><p>• Excellent attention to detail</p><p>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite</p><p>• Ability to work collaboratively with others</p><ul><li>Knowledge of basic accounting principles preferred</li></ul>
