Job Description
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Communication and marketing skills to act at the contact point between internal team members and clients;</li><li>Client relationship management skills to maintain professional communication with customers and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction;</li><li>Manage data in spreadsheets and reports;</li><li>Organize and schedule meetings and events;</li><li>Supervise other staff and delegate responsibilities;</li><li>Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents;</li><li>Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required;</li><li>Dealing with email enquiries;</li><li>Taking meeting minutes;</li><li>Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities;</li><li>Data entry (sales figures, property listings etc.);</li><li>General office management such as ordering stationary;</li><li>Organizing travel and accommodation for staff and clients;</li><li>Arranging both internal and external events β visa applications for foreigner employees, permission application for site work, etc.;</li><li>Possibly maintaining the company social media accounts;</li><li>Providing administration support to project team on site and office</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or above</li><li>2-3 years Admin working experience is preferred;</li><li>Strong business and Admin acumen, including strong problem-solving and communication skills, critical thinking and self-initiative;</li><li>Be able to multitask, deal with ambiguity and pressure and build up scheme and process from scratch;</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, written and verbal;</li><li>Good command of Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.) skills.</li></ul>
