A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role. </p><p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure file organization based on office protocol</li><li>Provide ad hoc support around office as needed</li><li>Answer and direct phone calls</li><li>Plan meetings and take detailed minutes</li><li>Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms</li><li>Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports</li><li>Submit and reconcile expense reports</li><li>Act as the point of contact for external clients</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li><span>Bachelor’s degree </span></li><li><span>Equivalent experience between 3 β 5 years in similar position</span></li><li>Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills</li><li>Ability to multitask</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office suite</li></ul>
