<p><strong>Administrative Assistant for Real Estate</strong></p><p><br></p><p>The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role. </p><p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office</li><li>Answer phone calls, schedule meetings and support visitors</li><li>Preparing real estate forms and documents and completing paperwork for all real estate transactions in a timely manner</li><li>Follow up with Agents and Clients for documents, and details as necessary</li><li>Oversee portal requirements & listing updates on (propertyfinder, bayut & dubizzle)</li><li>Ensure that listing documents are done within compliance guidelines and correctly updated onto the internal CRM</li><li>Keep a track of daily expenses, and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports as required</li><li>Carry out general administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, etc.</li><li>Ensure file organization based on office protocol</li><li>Provide ad hoc support around office as needed</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent education required</li><li>Minimum 3 years of administrative assistant experience</li><li>Experience in a real estate brokerage (preferred)</li><li>Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills</li><li>Ability to multitask</li><li>Punctual</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office suite</li><li>Driver’s License (preferable)</li></ul>
