  • Preparing staff Appointments Letters, Contracts & preparing personnel files.
  • Processing Staff’s Resignation & Termination Letters & Liase with Payroll.
  • Issuing Warning & Deduction Letters for Staff.
  • Preparing/follow ups for Management Award, Best Employee Award.
  • Processing Saudi staff documents for newly married for changing their grade and house allowance.
  • Preparing and circulating Internal Circular’s for HR Admin Department
  • Preparing Salary Certificates, Consulate Letters for visas (English). Interacting with the staff to fulfil their requirement with Admin Dept.
  • Responsible for Medical Insurance for all staff & dependents for uploading details on insurance website, follow ups for their Medical cards and for cancellation/deletion for KSA. Also, receiving Insurance claims and distributing to staff accordingly
  • Correspondence & liase with the team on matters pertaining to Admin and raising Staff Actions Forms and follow up’s.
  • Maintaining & Updating all departmental documentation
  • Handling Staff matters for Salary follow ups and their Vacation, Insurance, Exit/Re-entry, Iqama Renewal, and all related Matters.
  • Coordinate with Phone & Internet companies for land line / fax line / mobile & internet packages and related equipment
  • Responsible for security of office assets of company at all locations
  • Any other work related to Admin Services as assigned by Management.

Requirements

·Bachelor Degree Computer Literate in Excel / Words and any ERP / SAP system

     10 years experience in similar industry in KSA is preferred.

Competent in all aspects of administration

Very good understanding of all government departments & service providers.

Attention to detail

Knowledge of all government related website functioning

Strong communication skills

Good Inter-personnel Communication skills

Requires IT skills.

Fluent in Arabic & English (written & Verbal)

Knowledge on GOSI, Labor laws & Immigration rules and regulation

Valid Driving License

Excellent typing skills in both English and Arabic

Punctual, Analytical, team player and customer focussed, takes responsibility to accomplish the job given.

Self-learner and team player

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
