Admin/Finance Manager/HR

We are seeking an experienced Admin/Finance Manager to oversee and manage our company’s financial and administrative operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing budgets, overseeing accounting and financial reporting, and providing administrative support to our team.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the company’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards
Manage accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and tax filings
Prepare financial statements and reports for senior management
Provide administrative support to the team, including managing office supplies, scheduling appointments, and arranging travel
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documents
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management and administration
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software
Attention to detail and accuracy
HR Manager:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage our company’s human resources operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Manage employee relations and provide guidance and support to managers and employees
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
Manage recruitment and hiring processes
Develop and implement training programs for employees
Manage performance evaluation and appraisal processes
Manage payroll and benefits administration
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management
Strong knowledge of HR regulations and compliance requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software
Attention to detail and accuracy
