Job Description
<ul><li>Maintain calendars and schedule appointments and meetings.</li><li>Take minutes at designated meetings; prepare and distribute as appropriate.</li><li>Receive and transfer phone calls, take appropriate messages.</li><li>Coordinate incoming information from multiple sources, prioritize, and organize action items.</li><li>Assist in client billing as needed.</li><li>Manage travel requests for all MEA region including Tickets, hotel reservation.</li><li>Maintain accounting filing systems; make copies as necessary.</li><li>Sort and distribute incoming mail, prepare outgoing mail.</li><li>Assist with meeting arrangements.</li><li>Keep inventories and order office supplies as needed.</li><li>Responsible for incoming and outgoing shipments, incl. post.</li><li>Arrange/organize lunches and departmental activities.</li><li>Assist with other projects and duties as assigned.</li></ul>
