We are looking for Professional Real Estate Management who can do work as Property management & Account Assistant. Being a Assistant Accounts roles and duties include interfacing with Property documentations, Contracts, Property Portals acting as a go-between for buyers and sellers and performing administrative, research and marketing tasks & have good knowledge of Market.
Responsibilities:
- Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration.
- Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold to determine its competitive market price.
- Appraise property values.
- Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
- Develop content for sales presentations and other materials.
- Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, and advise them on the suitability and value of the property they are visiting.
- Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases.
- Confer with escrow companies, lenders, home inspectors, and pest control operators to ensure that terms and conditions of the purchase agreement are met before closing dates.
- Coordinate property closings, overseeing the signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
- Develop a network of attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors to whom clients may be referred.
- Maintains property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases, and maintaining and securing premises.
- Establishes rental rate by surveying local rental rates and calculating overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit goals.
- Contracts with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting security deposit.
- Accomplishes financial objectives by collecting rents, paying bills, forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective action.
- Maintains property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, inspecting vacant units and completing repairs, planning renovations, contracting with landscaping and snow removal services
- Maintains building systems by contracting for maintenance services and supervising repairs.
- Secures property by contracting with security patrol service, installing and maintaining security devices, establishing and enforcing precautionary policies and procedures, and responding to emergencies.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Rent or lease properties on behalf of clients
- Record, classify and summarize accounting transactions to compile various documents and verify their accuracy.
- Assemble documents for computer input of itemized charges, account numbers, total costs and to authorize payments in accordance with established procedures.
- Post journal entries accurately to tally balance sheets.
- Maintain records through filing, retrieval, retention, storage, compilation, coding and updating.
- Respond to inquiries to locate and resolve discrepancies.
- Compute figures to determine balance, differences, adjustments, reviewing and totals to reconcile all transactions at the end of each day.
- Effectively and efficiently manage the company’s petty cash operations through proper inspection and payments of bills, receipts and cash count.
- Check & Book expenses and prepare monthly account reconciliations and examine supplier invoices for accuracy and issue cheque in time for accurate allocation of payments against invoices.
- Conduct month end closing activities so that all current costs must be reflected as expenses of the current month.
- Follow up with customer for the pending payments, the reconciliation of customer account, and generating customer invoices.

Required skills and qualifications
- Minimum Two year of experience in real estate, or minimum two years in Accounts
- If Possible Licensure as real estate agent or real estate broker
- Good standing with local board of realtors
- Strong connections with mortgage banks/originators, title companies, real estate lawyers, architects, and contractors
- Strong skills in Accounts & Property negotiation, and communication
Preferred skills and qualifications
- Deep knowledge of local area and properties
- Bachelor’s or associate’s degree (or equivalent)
Job Type: Commission
Salary: AED4,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
