<p>Stanton Chase has partnered with Higher Colleges of Technology in recruiting for Adjunct Faculty for the <strong>Education – Early Childhood </strong>division. HCT is UAE’s largest Applied Higher Educational Institution, which has approximately 23,000+ students across 16 campuses across UAE.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Description</strong>:</p><p>We are currently looking for Industry professionals and Subject matter experts from world class organizations to join us and teach diverse courses across Education – Early Childhood to enhance student learning and bring with them a wide array of practical knowledge and varied experience.</p><p><br></p><p>Reporting to the Program Coordinator of a Division, Adjunct Faculty provide effective instruction in undergraduate courses in respective discipline, covering regular program courses including capstone projects, work experience, and senior-level specialized courses. Involvement in applied research and extra-curricular events at the College and within the community and outreach activities are welcomed.</p><p><br></p><p>Adjunct Faculty teaching load is assigned on as per need basis and would be a minimum of three (3) credit hours per semester (4 contact hours/week). The workdays in a week are normally Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The hours of work for academic employees are based on the teaching schedule.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>1.&nbsp;Must have at least 5+ years of relevant experience within Education domain.</p><p>2.&nbsp;Preferably, 3+ years of teaching/training experience</p><p>3.&nbsp;Must possess a master’s in education and a higher degree/PhD. in Education is desirable.</p><p>4.&nbsp;Must be a resident of UAE with the rights to work on a part-time capacity.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Available locations</strong>:</p><p>Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Dubai, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
