<p><span>Eager to join our team! We are looking to hire an </span><strong>Additive Manufacturing Engineer for the Proposal Department </strong><span>who will produce detailed cost estimates, quotations, tenders, and contract documents while maximizing company cost efficiency.</span></p><p><br></p><ol><li>Determine project scope, conduct a part design, and manufacture feasibility study by taking inputs from the Engineering and Production departments.</li><li><span>Recommend appropriate AM technologies and part materials in collaboration with Metal/Polymer AM Engineers and BD team to manage client expectations.</span></li><li><span>Preparation of detailed cost estimates and project timelines for Metal and Polymer in response to client inquiries.</span></li><li><span>Perform cost-to-complete analysis of all operational costs: machine usage, material consumption, engineering and design hours, and post-printing processes (Machining, Heat Treatments, Coatings Testing, and others) </span></li><li><span>Assess internal AM capabilities to meet client specifications, and if required to outsource projects, work with the Metal / Polymer AM Manager and AM team to compile vendor rates for cost estimates. </span></li><li><span>Calibration and modification of build parameters and pricing to suit the clientβs budget and requirements while maintaining high internal cost efficiency.</span></li><li><span>Follow the proposal SOPs and documents.</span></li><li><span>Enter proposal details on ERP software and keep it updated.</span></li></ol><p><br></p><p><strong><span class=”ql-cursor”></span>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><span>Two years of experience in Engineering, DFAM, and Production.</span></li><li><span>Proficient in the use of engineering and modeling, support generation, and slicing software (Solid Works, Rhinoceros, Materialize Magics).</span></li><li><span>Complete knowledge of 3D manufacturing metal/polymer technologies.</span></li><li><span>Knowledge of the post-printing process (Machining, Stress Relieving, Test requirements, etc.)</span></li><li><span>Working knowledge of Tendering documentation and process.</span></li><li><span>Detail Oriented, Good communication & presentation skills.</span></li><li><span>BS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, or a similar engineering field</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Candidates matching the above role responsibilities & qualifications will be contacted only</strong></p>
