<ul><li>Develop and execute the overall ad sales strategy for our mobile app, aligning it with the company’s goals and objectives</li><li>Identify and target potential advertisers and agencies to generate new business opportunities and build a strong client base</li><li>Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in advertising and media agencies, fostering long-term partnerships</li><li>Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create compelling advertising packages and solutions that meet advertisers’ needs</li><li>Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value and benefits of advertising within our app</li><li>Negotiate and close advertising deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both parties while maximizing revenue potential</li><li>Monitor and analyze advertising performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to clients on campaign effectiveness</li><li>Stay updated on industry developments, digital advertising trends, and changes in the mobile app landscape to proactively identify new revenue streams and opportunities</li><li>Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the seamless execution of advertising campaigns, including ad placement, tracking, and reporting</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field</li><li>Proven experience in digital ad sales, preferably within the mobile app industry</li><li>Strong knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem, including programmatic advertising, ad networks, ad exchanges, and ad targeting techniques</li><li>Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, target-driven environment</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate the value proposition of our advertising solutions</li><li>Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to build and maintain successful client relationships</li><li>Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw meaningful insights to optimize advertising campaigns</li><li>Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving</li></ul>
