Overview / Responsibilities
Wood is hiring for an Activity Planning Integration Lead to be based in Basra, Iraq on 28/28 rotation.
The Activity Planning Integration Lead is responsible for integration of all functional plans. This position requires strong cross-functional coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure successful execution of the plan across all departments to achieve organizational goals and objectives. The AP Integration Lead must be able to work independently and collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels within an organization.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks and dependencies in the plan and develop contingency plans.
- Coordinate with functional leads to define and manage project milestones and deliverables.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between functional teams to ensure a smooth integration process.
- Manage and document progress against the functional integration plan, identifying and resolving issues that may arise.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines and budgets.
- Establish effective communication channels and feedback mechanisms for functional teams.
- Manage and report on project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Continuously assess and improve the functional integration process.
- Training & coaching.
Skills / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience managing cross-functional projects and teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with proven experience engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) background required to for maintenance activity integration.
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience in managing conflicts, dependencies, and risks.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver quality results in a timely manner.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge of the business, industry, and market trends.
