Position Title: Accounts Receivable Accountant

Salary: up to 12K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications

Job Description:
• Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared
• Perform daily cash management duties, including the recording of bank deposits, updating and distribution of cash receipt logs, and posting of cash to the accounts receivable sub-ledger
• Assist in executing the timely and accurate closing and consolidation of relevant ledgers and accounts on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
• Reviewing the invoices generated by the operations team on daily basis in different systems and reconciling the credit card payments against the bank statement on daily basis
• Experienced in managing high volume of credit card transactions in a dynamic, fast paced environment
• Perform daily cash management duties, including the recording of bank deposits, updating and distribution of cash receipt logs, and posting of cash to the accounts receivable sub-ledger
