<p>Company Name: Travel Designer Group</p><p>Company Profile : RezLive.com, awarded as the Asia’s and India’s leading B2B Travel Provider at World Travel Awards in 2019 &amp; 2020, and World’s leading B2B Travel Provider at World Travel Awards 2018, connects travel agents and other travel partners with the world’s largest selection of accommodations from 5-star luxury resorts to apartments to hostels.RezLive.com offers 250,000+ hotel and apartment rooms, 45,000+ sightseeing attractions and private &amp; shared transfers in over 900 cities through its Point of Sales (POS) website, mobile app and API out, exclusively to professionals within the tourism sector.&nbsp;Launched in 2007 in India, RezLive.com is the flagship product of Travel Designer Group and is one of the largest and fastest-growing online B2B travel portals in the Middle East, South Asia, and Southeast Asia.</p><p>Website: https://www.traveldesignergroup.com/</p><p>Designation: Executive / Sr. Executive-Receivables</p><p>Job Location- Dubai, UAE</p><p> Experience: 3- 7 Years</p><p> Job Description:</p><p> -Monitoring the invoicing and money collection processes through Payment Gateways and Banks.</p><p><br></p><p> -Ensuring the timely collection of payments and PGs and Bank reconciliation process in SAP.</p><p> – Look after Accounts receivable process i.e., Debtors Ageing Report, SOA preparation etc.</p><p>- GST and TDS verification and their reimbursement in system.</p><p> – Keep records of credit agreements, Bank guarantees, security cheques of agents</p><p> – Maintaining MIS activities and Credit controlling process reporting data.</p><p> – Bank book and Debtors ledger maintenance &amp; reconciliation</p><p> – Follow up with travel agents for outstanding and conduct weekly meetings with sales&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;representative.</p><p> Desired Profile:</p><p> -Experience with accounting software such as SAP and advanced knowledge of MS Excel.</p><p> -Good verbal and written communication skills.</p><p> -Excellent report writing skills.</p><p>-Strong time management skills.</p><p>-A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.</p><p></p>
