<p><strong>Position – Project Accounts Coordinator</strong></p><p><strong>Education- Bachelor of Commerce</strong></p><p><strong>Salary – Rial Omani 400 to 450 per month with a bachelor accommodation and food.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Experience – 3-5 years of experience (last 2-3 years’ experience in Oman) in accounting, including the below mention areas</strong>:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Payroll processing (WPS).</li><li>Accounts Payable – (processing of vendor bills and payment).</li><li>Follow up of Trade Receivables</li><li>Basic knowledge of Oman Value Added Tax (VAT)</li><li>Banking Activity (Letter of credit / Bank Guarantee / Transfer letters & other related activities).</li><li>Other general accounting related work.</li><li>Customer Order Invoicing & Submission of Invoice to Customer</li><li>As part of budgetary control, maintain Revenue Tracker , Expense Tracker and prepare reports (as required by management)</li><li>Conduct surprise audits to Sites / Employee Accommodations / Warehouses / Vendor premises etc.</li><li>Advance / Petty Cash Management</li></ul>
