We’re a team of dedicated people driving this mission by providing better, faster, and cheaper ways to access food through technology.<p><br></p>Role overview<p><br></p>We are searching for a motivated Accounts Assistant who is an excellent multitasker with exceptional communication and time management skills.<p><br></p>Main Responsibilities<p><br></p><ul><li>Reconcile the Purchase order with the Invoice and address any discrepancies</li><li>Record the Supplier Invoices and update expense reports</li><li>Keep a track of the pending Invoicing for which receiving is done and follow up on the Invoices</li><li>Providing support to the Accounting Department</li><li>Handle communication between the organization and Vendors</li><li>Prepare the statement of accounts of each supplier in order to process the payment</li><li>Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc</li><li>Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements & Skills</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting</li><li>Proficiency with computers, MS Office and bookkeeping software</li><li>Exceptional time management and verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Commitment to working efficiently and accurately with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks</li><li>Familiarity with basic accounting principles</li><li>Professional manner and a strong ethical code</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Confidentiality</li></ul><p><br></p>Powered by JazzHR<p><br></p>Dk5tK65Lsc
